Gracinha “Inha” Arceo (b. 1994) is a playful Filipino artist born and raised in the Philippines. She is an Entrepreneur, Artist, and Illustrator.
It took Inha Arceo a pandemic to slow down from her jet-set corporate lifestyle of over 10 years and rediscover her talent as a visual artist and illustrator.
Once a corporate woman, this visual artist single-handedly establish herself as an artist and her business from the ground up in the midst of the pandemic by selling art pieces that champion self-love and authenticity. She describes her art as “art for the feels,” best characterized by their free-spirited charm and vibrant visuals. With clients worldwide in over 50 countries, Inha’s artworks honor her Filipino heritage as she sees it in the modern world.
She then honed her craft to make her vision come to life as an artist by entering the exhibit scene where she first exhibited her artworks internationally in the Monaco International Art Fair last August 23-25, 2024. She also exhibited in a contemporary art exhibition featuring modern contemporary artists held at the Van Gogh Art Gallery situated in Madrid, Spain last October 5-27, 2024. There, she was exposed to different artists from all over the world as well as art collectors and diplomatic representatives from various esteemed institutions that are connected to the international aspect of this exhibition.
Over the past years, her exploration of themes continue to celebrate powerful emotions of the human experience. Her art demonstrates figures with powerful gestures as an expression of self love, soft ethereal art as an expression of healing and hope, and lastly, vibrant colors as an expression of positivity and joy. All of these values have been continuous driving forces in her creative process.
Through her first solo exhibit, the artist unveils authenticity as a powerful act of embracing what it is to be truly human. Her art was made for anyone who wants to be empowered to truly express their authenticity because she believes that “to be oneself, is to be truly free.”
This is where her art’s vision plays a vital role in empowering oneself to truly be especially in a world that challenges one’s sense of self.
It is in her art where she celebrates expressing one’s emotions and vulnerabilities in the sincerest manner because as one realizes and accepts these, one can truly live a full and meaningful life.
